Miraculously She Gets Up

Miraculously likes to make dramatic stretch runs, and Saturday provided her biggest win yet with a thrilling stretch duel and a nose victory in an Allowance NWX1 at Arlington Park in Chicago. Ridden by turf specialist Jose Valdivia, Jr on a yielding turf course,. Miraculously was at the back of the field for the first half of the race, inched closer on the backstretch, made a sweeping move around the turn and battled neck and neck to the wire. It is the 2nd win in her last 3 starts for the 3 year old dark brown lass and her first victory-race against older horses (3 and up). Trained by Brendan Walsh, Miraculously is owned by M.Auerbach, LLC. in partnership with Nathan McCauley and was bred by Madeline Auerbach and Barry Abrams. She now boasts career earnings of $56,610 and sports a record of 7-2-2-1. Miraculously is the first foal from the Unusual Heat mare Miracle Heat and was raised at Catherine Parke's Valkyre Stud. She has a yearling half sister by Animal Kingdom and a weanling half sister by Nyquist. Miracle Heat was bred to Cairo Prince in 2018. Photo credit to Bailey Gallison-Arlington Park.
