America's Tale Has The Inside Information
With a powerful stretch drive America's Tale rallied for the first graded stakes win of her career taking the $200,000 Grade 2 Inside Information Stakes at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Sent of as an 11-1 longshot, America's Tale was taken off of the pace by replacement jockey Paco Lopez laying just behind a tepid pace set by 2nd place finisher Razorback Lady for the first half of the race. Lopez then guided the Bernie Flint trained lass off the rail for a sweeping move around the turn into an all out stretch drive which resulted in the 1 1/4 length victory for owner Dr. Naveed Chowhan.
